Mugisha Muntu, born October 1958 in Ntungamo, Uganda, is a politician and retired Major General.
He joined the National Resistance Army in 1981, becoming Army Commander (1989–1998). He led the Forum for Democratic Change (2012–2017) before founding the Alliance for National Transformation in 2019.
