NAFDAC's enforcement team discovered that these unregistered bakeries and water factory were operating in unsanitary conditions, with inadequate waste management and poor handling practices. The team also found that the products being manufactured and sold to unsuspecting consumers were not in compliance with the agency's regulations and standards.

The closure of these facilities is part of NAFDAC's efforts to ensure the safety and quality of food and water products in Nigeria. The agency has warned that it will continue to take decisive action against any establishment that compromises the health and well-being of consumers.

Consumers are advised to be vigilant and report any suspicious activities or products to NAFDAC's nearest office. The agency's swift action in shutting down these unregistered facilities demonstrates its commitment to protecting public health and safety.
