The family of late Nollywood actress, Ada Ameh has conveyed the dates for her obsequies. Ada Ameh died on Sunday 17 July, 2022 in Warri, Delta state. Her sudden demise came as a shock to fans who loved to see her grace their screens. A week before death, Ada Ameh mentioned in an interview which is now regarded as her last, that she had been battling severe depression since the consecutive loss of six siblings and then her daughter and only child.

According to the family, the first candlelight service for the late actress will hold at the Teslim Balogun Stadium in Surulere, Lagos on 19th August, 2022 and thereafter, another candlelight service which will hold on 25 August, 2022 at the deceased's hometown of Otukpo LGA in Benue state. The funeral service and interment will also take place in Benue state on 26th August, 2022.
