WNBA History: Bobby Wagner Becomes First Active NFL Player with Equity in Seattle Storm

 

Bobby Wagner, the 35-year-old NFL linebacker and Seattle Seahawks legend, has joined the Seattle Storm ownership group.

With this latest feat, the linebacker makes history as the first active NFL player to have equity in a WNBA team.

Bobby Wagner is currently entering his 14th season, where he was voted to 10 Pro Bowls and named to 11 All-Pro teams.
