(In South Africa) Dr. Nandipha’s Court Appearance Sparks Shock Over Changed Look in Bester Case

Nandipha gains sufficient attention in South Africa because following her court appearance earlier today, netizens have expressed varying reactions of shock and regret at the celebrity doctor's changed appearance.

Earlier today, Dr Nandipha Magudumana was brought before The Free State High Court, Bloemfontein in company of convicted rapist Thabo Bester and eight other co-accused, for a pretrial hearing.

Thabo Bester, his partner Dr Nandipha Magudumana and eight others, are facing multiple charges of fraud, corruption, escape assistance, corpse violation, and obstructing justice. In May 2022, Thabo Bester, an incarcerated rapist and murderer, faked his own death in a fire and escaped from the Mangaung Prison with Dr Magudumana’s help.

Thabo Bester and Nandipha Magudumana were arrested in Arusha Tanzania in April 2023, one month after the Ground up News Agency published an article containing pictures of Bester(who was declared dead after the prison fire) and Magudumana shopping in a Woolworths grocery store in Sandton City.

It was later confirmed by police in April 2023 that the burnt body discovered in the prison fire was that of Katlego Bereng Mpholo, who had gone missing in April 2022.
