One week after Nollywood actor, entrepreneur, media personality, comedian and owner of Just Afang and Yogiegee Restaurant Wofai Fada, announced her engagement and subsequent marriage to her husband, Taiwo Cole, and amidst the controversy generated by her husband's relatives regarding her age, the actor has publicly celebrated her 34th birthday. It will be recalled that Wofai Fada suffered public embarrassment after a viral recording of now father-in-law, had opposed her marriage to his son on account of her supposed age. The Cole family patriarch had claimed that Wofai Fada was a 38 year old woman who had been trying to lure his 30 year old son into a marital union.

Before her announcement of her engagement and the subsequent letter released by her in-laws disregarding her new identity as Mrs Cole, Wofai Fada has a rather reserved online presence. She is well known for her unconventional style of generosity and charity towards the public. In 2020, her restaurant Just Afang and Yogiegee Restaurant located in Lekki was demolished, the demolition garnered sympathy and goodwill towards Wofai from many Nigerians. She has since found another location and moved the restaurant to Ikoyi Lagos, to the delight of her patrons and well-wishers. Wofai Fada is a member of Ace Health Foundation, ForbesBLK and an advisor at ACE Global Leaders of Excellence Network in Washington, D.C where she inspires young women internationally.
