"Lagos is Like Some Zombie Apocalypse" IrokoTV Boss Laments

Jason Njoku, founder and CEO of online movie streaming platform IrokoTV, has put up a tweet bemoaning the absence of the usual traffic congestion in the city of Lagos. While wondering where all of the cars in the city went, Jason Njoku tweeted that "the lack of traffic was eerie, like some zombie apocalypse". The entrepreneur lamented that the current economic devastation in Nigeria has increased the suffering of the middle and working class citizens in Nigeria. He further cited the empty restaurants, hotels and roads around Lagos as proof of this daily increasing devastation further caused by the fuel removal subsidy initiated by the Bola Ahmed Tinubu administration.
