Video: "His brain is empty" Nigerians mock president Tinubu as he goes blank during presidential address

Some  Nigerians on Twitter have described president Bola Ahmed Tinubu's national address as a "national disgrace", demeaning of the Nigeria's presidential seat. 

A trending video of the president going blank or rather blabbing, unable to utter a meaningful word across seconds, has been obtained by the Exola Tv. 

Recall that the Exola Tv had reported that president Tinubu would address the nation at 7:00 pm. However, many  Nigerians perceive the presidential address as uninspiring.
