Cardi B Under Investigation For Battery In Microphone Assault Incident

 Popular female Rapper, Cardi B is now under investigation for battering after she was filmed throwing a microphone at someone in the audience as a retaliation to a drink being tossed at her during a gig in Las Vegas over the weekend.

The American singer was splashed by a drink thrown by a fan during a gig at Drai's Beachclub on Saturday, and she hurled the microphone from the stage in the process.

According to TMZ, the woman who was hit by the mic has reported the singer to Las Vegas Metro PD the next day.

The victim of the microphone attack told police she had been struck by the microphone thrown from the stage, while claiming on social media that she was not the person who threw the drink at Cardi B.

The lady while sharing a clip of the incident said she was 'bruised and sore'.

 'When I'm the one who gets smoked by the microphone but didn't throw the drink", she wrote.

It would be recalled that Cardi B after setting the stage on fire with her performance had a person in the crowd hurl liquid from a cup at her mid-performance.

The visibly shocked Cardi then hurled her microphone at the person while appearing to angrily yell at the person.
