Photos: Tinubu Observes Jumat in Lagos

 On Friday 30th June 2023, president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, joined other Muslim faithfuls in observing Jumat at the Central Mosque Located in Idumota area of Lagos Island. Tinubu has remained in Lagos since Tuesday 27th June, when he returned to the country after "a short private visit" to London, United Kingdom. The president had first travelled to Paris France on 20th June, where he participated in the summit for ‘A New Global Financing Pact’ hosted by French President Emmanuel Macron.

 President Bola Ahmed Tinubu attended Jumat in company of his Chief of Staff Femi Gbajabiamila, alongside deputy governor of Lagos state, Dr Obafemi Hamzat, governor of Kogi state Yahaya Bello as well as the National Security Adviser, Nuhu Ribadu. Tinubu remained in Lagos to celebrate the Sallah break in the city he formerly lived before his relocation to Abuja as president of the federation.
