Aziza Kibibi's story is a true life unfortunate representation of "The father that fathered me fathered my children". Aziza Kibibi is the daughter of award winning African-American music director, Aswad Ayinde. The former music director started raping his oldest daughter, Aziza from the time she was 8 years old. He made her his sex slave and claimed that it was ordained by God while simultaneously isolating his nuclear family from his extended family and preventing the children from going to school. He tamed his wife Beverly Ayinde, to the point where she was unable to stand up to him. In fact, Beverly accused Aziza of "stealing her husband".
Aziza got pregnant with her first child by her father at the age of 15 and was impregnated four more times by her father. She was finally able to escape her horrible life at 24 when her father went on a business trip and one of her sons took ill. Aziza secretly took the boy to the hospital where the doctor discovered that the child suffered a rare congenital disease which only occurred in people who were born as a result of incestuous relationships and inbreeding. The doctor was alarmed and contacted family services.
Aswad Ayinde was arrested and it was discovered that asides Aziza, he had been having an incestuous relationship with one other daughter as well as multiple sexual relations with underaged girls whom he had kidnapped and held hostage. He also had two children with his lawyer mistress in Manhattan. Aswad gave his reason for the abominable act as "wanting to keep his bloodlines pure". By the time of arrest, Ayinde had fathered 21 children altogether with at least 8 of them born by his own daughters. Aswad Ayinde whose real name is Charles McGill, was sentenced to a combined prison term of 90 years for various sexual crimes, violence and kidnapping.
Aziza went back to school for her GED and obtained a liberal arts degree from Essex County College. She wrote a best-selling book titled "UNASHAMED" and runs her own baking business while raising her children. Aziza started a nonprofit organisation that helps prevent abuse. She is now 45 years old and says she's happy to be alive.
