Wizkid Wicked? Singer Faces Backlash Over Alleged Mistreatment Of His Producer.

A Nigerian writer with the twitter handle:@ HuncleVick has called out Popular Singer, Wizkid over alleged abandonment of his former music  producer, Modogg who owns Modogg Studio in Ojuelegba through which Wizkid came to limelight.

Huncle Vick revealed that the producer is currently not doing well and needs the support of the award winning megastar, Wizkid.

He recounted how Wizkid frequented the Modogg studio before his breakthrough. According to him, in as much as Modogg does not feel entitled to assistance from Wizkid, but it is only human for the music superstar to remember those who contributed to his success especially before the world got to know him.

He argued further that Wizkid is unlike Nigerian music rapper, Olamide through whom so many artistes came to limelight.

He wrote:

”Wizkid started his musical career from modogg studio in ojuluelegba. Today modogg is broke and he can’t make ends meet… I know him very well, he’s not only my good friend but he’s also my church member. We both were leaders in church…

"You keep coming here to talk nonsense about wizkid helping people,I know some good and kindhearted music stars that never forgot their roots but obviously wizkid did. It’s a pity… One reason I can never take wizkid fans serious in this life. Bunch of fake people.

"Live a life that you would remember… That’s the tweet, Never forget your humble beginnings.

"I was very close to the scene of the tragic accident that occurred to Da grin in 2010,The lord’s chosen church where doing their morning call at the time of the accident, but I can Emphatically say that olamide is still helping Da Grin’s family. Moral lesson, never forget.

"Those who were a ladder to your success in life, despite how successful you might end up being. Olamide still comes through for ID Cabasa till today. Such people are rare in the Nigerian music industry. Wizkid should learn from this… I’m not saying this out of any entitlement.”
