Peter Obi Is Entering The Enemies Trap– Bring-back-our-girls Convener, Aisha Yesufu Warns

 

Foremost Nigerian activist and the convener of Bring-back-our-girls, Aisha Yesufu has warned the presidential candidate of the Labour party, Peter Obi to be wary of the snares of his political opponents.

Aisha Yesufu through her Twitter handle, warned Peter Obi intently, claiming that he should learn from the EndSARS movement; how the elites hijacked the peaceful protest by aggrieved Nigerian youths against police brutality.

Her warming came after Peter Obi on Sunday, enjoined his supporters online to be mindful of their utterances online as well as the manner they relate with those with opposing Political views.

Aisha Yesufu in her reaction, told Peter Obi to stop claiming responsibility for the activities of social media users who disguise as his supporters to attack people and disrepute him before the electorates.

"Peter Obi @PeterObi is allowing himself to be set up! Just like they did with #EndSars protesters, they will unleash violence & say it was his followers. I might not be in politics but I have been at the receiving end of the violent tactics from the establishment.

"What he doesn't get is that he is being set up! They will carry the same thugs they used to attack #EndSars protesters and destroy towns give them T-shirts with his picture and say they are his supporters. They will then be turning people against him.They did that with #EndSars".
