Khloé Kardashian, American media personality, socialite, model and co-star of reality series Keeping Up with the Kardashians is expecting a baby boy via surrogate with ex-boyfriend, basketball player Tristan Thompson. The couple broke up in 2021 after Tristan was rumoured to have cheated on Khloé. The couple first began their on and off relationship in 2016. Khloé and Tristan have a daughter, True, born in April, 2018, this child will be their second together. Tristan however has two other children from his previous relationships.
The news of the Khloé and Tristan expecting a second child via surrogacy despite maintaining that they are still separated has received negative reactions from the public. This is as a result of the controversy surrounding Khloe's previous pregnancy after it was alleged that Tristan cheated on her while she was pregnant with True.

Reports have it that Khloe is receiving a great deal of support and love from her family, her older sister Kim, also welcomed two of her four children with rapper Kanye West, via surrogate. Congratulations to Khloé as she embarks on a second journey of motherhood.
