Digital Ogbanje: Facebook SAN Threatens to Sue

 Senior Advocate of Nigeria, antiponzi advocate, barrister and owner of Relief Chambers, Port Harcourt, Barrister Azubuike Ihemeje, who is popular on the streets of Facebook Nigeria for going after "fraudulent businesses and ponzi schemes" has declared his intention to sue famous Facebook spiritualist, philanthropist, digital Ogbanje and president of Angienation, Angela Nwosu.

In a Facebook post made by the barrister, he announced his intention to throw in a criminal public petition against Angela Nwosu, that Juju Scammer on Monday 18 July, 2022. In his words, There're plethoras of testimonies against her already. Azubuike Ihemeje gained reputation as the lawyer who singlehandedly started the petition to uncover ponzi previously disguised as legitimate businesses by Facebook celebrities. He was responsible for the unmasking of OFPSB  CEO, Ovaioza Imu Yunusa, Ovaioza was uncovered as a ponzi schemer who managed to get billions from the public in the guise of trading goods on their behalf. Barrister Azubuike Ihemeje also uncovered the illegal scheme and unsustainable business run by Marksman Chinedu Ijiomah, CEO Chinmark Group alongside his PR manager, Amanda Chisom Eze and General Manager, Tonia Nwako.

There have been varied reactions to the lawyer's intention to file a petition against Angela Nwosu. Many say she's just a regular businesswoman who does not hold a gun to anyone's head for patronage. Yet others agree with the barrister and insist that Angela obtains funds from the public through deceit  which is unlawful according to the constitution of the country.  Angela is a Facebook spiritualist who sells various bracelets, amulets and blue-eye beads purported to have different purposes, according to the needs of the buyer. Angela also has one of the strongest fan base on Facebook Nigeria. These people refer to themselves as Angienation and Angela Nwosu as their maami. Angela is married to Nollywood producer, Nnaemeka Austin Soundmind.
