He has also reported to have been enmeshed in other scandals with justices of the bench, who allegedly demanded his resignation.
President Buhari yesterday had to swear in Justice Olukayode Ariwoola as the Chief Justice of Nigeria in Acting Capacity.
In a post shared on his Facebook page, Deji Adeyanju wrote;
"I sincerely think Tinubu has a hand in the removal of the CJN".
It remains to be seen on whose interest the allegations would be hinged on; that is, why Tinubu would want to embark on such coup, at a time the Presidential polls is drawing nigh.
Tinubu, the Presidential Candidate of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) is currently being scrutinised by Nigerians over his certificates, with some sections of the populace accusing him of forgery and perjury.
He had allegedly written in his INEC form that he attended Chicago State University but left blank his Primary and Secondary school records.
