Lord's Chosen General Overseer, Lazarus Mouka Receives Backlash Over Statement On Peter Obi

The general overseer of the Lord's Chosen, Lazarus Mouka's statement on Peter Obi's presidency has attracted mixed reactions from Nigerians online.

Lazarus Mouka in a statement, urged Nigerians to see Peter Obi's presidential bid as a rare opportunity for Nigerians to rescue the country from decades of misrule.

He said Peter Obi's presidential aspiration is the answered prayer of Nigerians by God.

"You pray for God's miracle, God gave you Peter as a Miracle, you pray for grace, Peter Obi is the grace you have been looking for.

"God can not come down from heaven to earth to help you, he will use someone here on earth, and that person is Peter Obi. 

"Don't worry if your vote will count or not, God is counting the vote, not INEC, the miracle that God wants to use Peter Obi to display will shock every Government of the world.

"On the Election Day, there will be a polling unit right here in our church, I will pay for that, millions of chosen members are going to vote right here in the church, there is no way Peter Obi will loss the election".

The pastor has now be accused of misusing the alter of his church for political campaigns. He is advised by some Nigerians to focus on his priestly responsibility and stop showing his support publicly for a particular candidate.
