David Oyedepo Reveals Why Power Has Never Blinked In Canaan Land Since 1999

  

 

Founder and General Overseer of Living Faith Church Worldwide, more known as Winners Chapel, Pastor David Oyedepo has stated why his church in Canaan Land, has not gone without electricity for 23 years.

According to the very influential cleric, this has been possible without the help of the state or federal government as the church invests resources to have and sustain power.

He added that the Church has never raised a special offering for power to make the feat possible.

In his words:

“Light has never gone off in Canaanland since 1999. We have zero input from any government in Nigeria whether local, state or federal. Not that we collect offering every Sunday to achieve this. We invested resources and have good and very committed people that manage it.

“We teach the world that you can make your marks by depending on God.”

“They don’t use mouth to get power. You invest resources to sustain power. Have we ever raised an offering for power here? Never!”
