Something Hooge: Sabinus Sues Peak Milk And Gala 1.1 Billion Combined For Intellectual Theft

AMVCA winner and comedian, Chukwuemeka Emmanuel more known as Mr. Sabinus and Mr. Funny has instituted a legal action against popular milk producers, Peak and sausage roll producers, Gala for utilizing his intellectual property to make adverts for their products without contacting him or asking for permission to use it.

In a video shared by Blogger Gossipmill, Sabinus legal team had accused the Gala company of using Mr Funny’s animated picture to promote their products and Peak, his line “something hooge”, to make adverts to promote their products without contacting him or asking for his permission.

The legal team in its suit is demanding compensation to the tune of 1 billion naira from the Peak Company and 100 million naira from UAC the company producing the Gala sausage.
