Behold Rukayat, The Youngest Female Aspirant In Nigeria, Invited By BBC

 26-year-old Rukayat Shittu has emerged as the candidate of the All Progressives Congress APC for Owode Onire State Constituency, Asa Local Government Area of Kwara State, and has become the youngest female aspirant.

Rukayat as a result of her feat and advocacy moves got an invite from the British Broadcasting Cooperation (BBC), a National Broadcaster in the United Kingdom.

While extending the invitation to Ms. Shittu, a correspondent of BBC, Mrs. Nusirat Olomoda commended the APC candidate’s doggedness, noting that she has become an inspiration to many people who is passionate about Nigeria politics, particularly in Kwara State.

Rukayat Shittu, the first female Senate president of NOUN students, Congress of NOUN Students (CONS), had on May 4 declared her interest in the race with her candidature attracting huge interest amongst youths and women within the ruling All Progressive Congress.

Reacting to the BBC invitation, Rukayat thanked the media establishment for extending the invitation to her, assuring them of her availability.
