Senator Orji Uzor Kalu's Secret Mission On Mazi Nnamdi Kanu Revealed

Senator Orji Uzor Kalu yesterday, 29th of November, visited the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra,  Mazi Nnamdi Kanu who is currently in the custody of the Department of State Services since his illegal abduction in Kenya by the Nigerian Government.

Senator Kalu who made his visit to Mazi Kanu known via his Facebook page, noted that he took words of counsel to Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. He said that in as much as his ideology with that of Mazi Kanu's might be different but that he owes Mazi Kanu whom he made his father a king during his governorship in Abia State, words of advice.Read Also:Watch As Abia Women Take The War To The Nigeria Soldiers in Abia State

However, reactions from Facebook comments suggests Kalu's statement was political and superficial to the main purpose of his visit to Mazi Kanu in DSS custody.

The lead counsel to Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and the IPOB, Barrister Ifeanyi Ejiofor today, in a statement, revealed that Senator Kalu's visit to Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in DSS custody, did not follow the due process stipulated by Justice Binta Nyako Federal High Court, Abuja.

Barrister Ejiofor alleged that Kalu's visit was a ploy by president Buhari's government to Influence Mazi Kanu's stance on his extraordinary rendition in Kenya as well as to ask him to drop his Biafra agitation necessary for Igbo-presidency in 2023 to be feasible.

Recall that one of the founding members of Arewa Consultative Forum, Alhaji Tanko Yakasai while speaking to the Punch Newspaper on Sunday, noted that he is in support of a  Southern presidency in 2023. He however stated further that the chances of the southeast producing Buhari's successor is being jeopardized by Secessionist agitations. He appealed to the Southeast Politicians to put their house in order.

Believably, Senator Orji Uzor whose 2023 presidential ambition is gaining ground, was on mission to put the house in order during his visit to Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in DSS custody
