Recent milestone reports indicate that 195,000 housing units are currently under construction across 111 constituencies. The initiative has also generated more than 330,000 jobs since 2022, according to government figures.

Through the Kenya Mortgage Refinance Company, citizens have access to mortgages at a 10% interest rate, while billions of shillings have been injected into local economies through the programme.

Public discussion further highlights urban renewal, improved living conditions, and opportunities for long-term home ownership as key outcomes of the initiative.
