Kenyan businesswoman and philanthropist Agnes Kagure has earned public attention after stepping in to support Elizabeth Wangechi, a grieving mother who lost her child following a short illness.
Wangechi, who had been evicted from her home over rent arrears, was assisted by Kagure’s foundation, which covered her hospital expenses and ensured Baby Hannah received a dignified burial at Lang’ata cemetery. The emotional farewell underscored Kagure’s compassion and solidarity with the family during their time of need.
