Unlike the paused amendment proposed by MP Esther Passaris, Omollo’s Bill has sparked widespread national debate for its progressive approach to modernizing protest management. It reinforces Kenya’s democratic values by upholding constitutional freedoms while addressing the evolving needs of the country’s political landscape. Omollo’s leadership in this initiative has positioned him as a key figure in advancing inclusive governance and public order in Kenya.
