Former Superman Actor Dean Cain to Join U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement


Dean Cain, best known for portraying Superman in the 1990s TV series Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman, has announced plans to join the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). The 59-year-old actor, already a sworn law enforcement officer, revealed his decision shortly after releasing a video urging the public to consider joining ICE during a recent recruitment drive.

Cain’s law enforcement career began in 2018 when he was sworn in as a reserve officer with the St. Anthony Police Department in Idaho. He later served with the Pocatello Police Department and the Frederick County, Virginia Sheriff’s Office as a reserve deputy.
