1. Brandon Lee (1965–1993) – The son of martial arts legend Bruce Lee, Brandon was an up-and-coming actor and martial artist best known for his role in The Crow. Tragically, he died on March 31, 1993, at the age of 28, after being accidentally shot on set with a prop gun that was improperly prepared. His death shocked Hollywood and led to stricter safety protocols for firearms used in filmmaking.
2. Vic Morrow (1929–1982) – A veteran actor famous for roles in Combat! and numerous films, Vic Morrow’s life ended during the filming of Twilight Zone: The Movie in 1982. He was killed alongside two child actors when a helicopter crashed during a stunt sequence gone wrong. The accident remains one of the most infamous on-set tragedies in cinema history.

3. Heath Ledger (1979–2008) – The Australian actor’s career soared with performances in films like Brokeback Mountain and The Dark Knight. Ledger died from an accidental prescription drug overdose in January 2008 while filming The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus. His sudden death left his role unfinished, and the film’s creators used multiple actors to complete it.
4. Paul Walker (1973–2013) – Best known for his role as Brian O’Conner in The Fast & Furious franchise, Walker died in a car crash on November 30, 2013, during a break from filming Furious 7. His death deeply affected fans and cast members, and his brothers stepped in to help finish his remaining scenes.

5. John Ritter (1948–2003) – The beloved star of Three’s Company and 8 Simple Rules collapsed on set in 2003 while rehearsing. He was rushed to the hospital and died later that day from an aortic dissection. His sudden passing left his TV family and fans heartbroken, and his role had to be written out of the show.
6. Steve Irwin (1962–2006) – The “Crocodile Hunter” was filming an underwater documentary in 2006 when he was fatally pierced in the chest by a stingray barb. Known for his fearless approach to wildlife, Irwin’s death shocked the world, and his final footage was never publicly released out of respect for his family.

7. Tyrone Power (1914–1958) – A Hollywood heartthrob of the 1930s and 1940s, Power was filming Solomon and Sheba in Spain when he suffered a massive heart attack during a dueling scene. He died before reaching the hospital, and actor Yul Brynner was brought in to complete the film.

Roy Kinnear (1934–1988) – A British character actor known for Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory, Kinnear died from complications of a broken pelvis after falling from a horse during filming of The Return of the Musketeers in Spain. His death raised questions about on-set safety for stunts involving older performers.
9. Martha Mansfield (1899–1923) – A silent film actress with a promising career, Mansfield tragically died after her costume caught fire on set while filming The Warrens of Virginia. Despite attempts to save her, the injuries were too severe, and she passed away the next day.

10. Redd Foxx (1922–1991) – The comedy legend, famous for Sanford and Son, collapsed on the set of The Royal Family in 1991 from a heart attack.
