(In US) Over 23 Girls Missing After Floods Hit Camp Mystic in Texas





Camp Mystic, a private Christian girls-only summer camp in Kerr County, Texas, is at the center of a developing tragedy after more than 23 young campers were reported missing following severe flooding along the Guadalupe River.




The disaster unfolded after up to 10 inches of rain fell overnight, causing the river to overflow and sweep away several cabins. Among the missing are multiple campers and the camp director. While evacuation efforts were carried out during the night, reports indicate that some campers may have been left behind in the chaos.
