Kofi Jumah, the former Managing Director of GIHOC Distilleries Company Limited, has been granted bail to the tune of GH¢500,000 with two sureties following his arrest in a high-profile vehicle fraud case.
Jumah stands accused of acquiring brand-new government luxury vehicles at heavily discounted prices. Among the allegations is the purchase of a 2024 Genesis G90—valued at over $100,000—for just GH¢4,943.11. The vehicle in question was previously reported stolen by Jumah himself.
