South Africa Marks 30 Years of Constitutional Court: President Ramaphosa Speaks

 


The Constitutional Court is making waves in South Africa because President Cyril Ramaphosa has delivered the keynote address at an event commemorating the 30th anniversary of The Constitutional Court in South Africa. The event marking the anniversary is currently taking place at The Braamfontein Constitution Hill.

Guests at the 30th Anniversary of The Constitutional Court include several judicial officials from the NPA, defense lawyers, Justices, Judges, retired justices, former Constitutional Court Judges, legal scholars, and court clerks.


The Constitutional Court is the apex court in South Africa and was established following the first democratic election in 1994.
