Premier League's Boxing Day Blow: Fans Slam 'Disgraceful' Decision

 


"The Premier League has made a significant change to its schedule for the 2025/26 season, ditching the traditional Boxing Day fixtures. Instead, all matches will now be played on December 27, marking a departure from the long-standing festive fixture list. While EFL games will still take place on December 26, fans are expressing outrage online. 

Many accuse the league of prioritising profits over supporters and say the move undermines a cherished footballing tradition enjoyed by families across Britain.
