Iran to Unveil Sensitive Israeli Documents Soon, Says Minister

Iran to Unveil Sensitive Israeli Documents Soon, Says Minister Iranian Intelligence Minister Esmail Khatib announced on Sunday that Tehran has obtained a large collection of sensitive Israeli documents, which are expected to be released soon. Describing them as a "treasure trove," Khatib stated the documents will enhance Iran’s offensive capabilities. According to Iranian state media, these documents pertain to Israel’s nuclear facilities, its relations with the United States, Europe, and other countries, as well as its defensive systems. The breach is possibly linked to a reported hacking of an Israeli nuclear research center last year, though Iran only disclosed this now amid heightened tensions over Iran’s nuclear activities.

Khatib emphasized that the transfer of such volume of documents was complex and that details about their transfer process would remain confidential until the unveiling. This development follows in the wake of Israel’s 2018 claim that Israeli agents seized a massive archive revealing Tehran’s nuclear activities. Western nations suspect Iran is closer than admitted to developing nuclear weapons, though Iran denies pursuing nuclear arms. There has been no immediate response from Israel regarding these claims.
