(In Nigeria) VIP No More: Nyesom Wike's Plane Ride Puts Him in His Place

 


Minister of the Federal Capital Territory of Nigeria Nyesom Wike was reportedly “casting and binding” mid-flight during a bout of turbulence. 

Passengers claimed the once-fiery politician turned Pentecostal, loudly rebuking unseen forces at 30,000 feet. Social media erupted with memes, with many joking that even the Lion of Rivers can become a lamb when the plane starts shaking and heaven feels just a little too close.

imagined Wike shouting “Holy Ghost fire!” louder than the engines. Some quipped that even political ‘strong men’ bow when the pilot says “fasten your seatbelt.” Others asked if angels were on standby for VIPs. Either way, it’s confirmed: turbulence doesn’t know status , once that plane dips, everybody gets saved!
