China has recently made a significant move in its trade relations with Africa, but not exactly as you'd expect. Contrary to the claim of dropping tariffs for all 53 African countries, China has announced plans to grant zero-tariff treatment to six least-developed African countries.

The revelation was made at a China-Africa co-operation meeting with took place in Beijing.
