Fans are outraged, especially those who had already booked tickets and travel to see the group. 

Kneecap expressed disappointment, calling the move unfair and unexplained given their trouble-free history in Glasgow. 

They plan to perform at O2 Academy instead on Tuesday, July 8.

Kneecap addressed fans directly, apologising to those who made travel plans, saying the situation was beyond their control. 

They emphasised their positive performance history in Glasgow and suggested the decision raises questions. 

To make amends, they announced a replacement show at the O2 Academy.
