(In Nigeria) Valchi CEO Sues Widow Over Husband's Mysterious Death Accusations

JusticeForFidelis is making waves in Nigeria because netizens have expressed strong reactions of disbelief and displeasure to reports that Valentine Oyemike CEO of Valchi Oriental Service LTD located in Auchi, Edo state, has sued Esther Oseghae, widow of Fidelis Oseghae, a Val Foods employee, whose lifeless body was mysteriously discovered at Val Oyemike's facility in July 2024.

In the one year since her husband's mysterious death, Esther Oseghae has consistently accused Valentine Oyemike of having a hand in Fidelis's death because the deceased passed away within three hours after he returned home and immediately dashed back to work around 2:30 a.m. on Monday, 29 July 2024.

Valentine Oyemike has now slammed Esther Oseghae and the inspector-general of police with a 1 billion naira lawsuit over alleged human rights violations in connection with the accusations levelled against him on the matter of 33 year old Fidelis Oseghae's death.

Valentine Oyemike who was The All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate in the 2023 house of assembly election in Delta state, has continually maintained that Fidelis Oseghae-A branch manager at Val's restaurant- committed suicide(by drinking sniper) in the establishment, a claim which Mrs Oseghae has refuted multiple times.
