Accra, Ghana – President John Dramani Mahama announced that every vehicle in Ghana is now linked to its owner’s Ghana Card, a significant step in the country’s digital transformation. Speaking at the 9th Ghana CEO Summit, Mahama revealed that this integration has rendered traditional tollgates obsolete. The new digital tolling system, equipped with cameras at key points like the East Legon bridge, captures vehicle images for seamless toll collection.
