Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy has claimed that a recent missile strike on a residential building in Kyiv may have involved a North Korean-made ballistic missile. 

This assertion is based on early assessments following the deadly attack.

Speaking on the matter, Zelenskiy said, "If the information that this missile was made in North Korea is confirmed, this will be further proof of the criminal nature of the alliance between Russia and Pyongyang."

The alleged use of North Korean weaponry by Russia would mark a serious escalation in international concern over growing military cooperation between Moscow and Pyongyang, both heavily sanctioned and increasingly isolated on the world stage. 

 Ukrainian authorities are still investigating the strike, which left civilians injured and homes destroyed.
