Trump Accepts The Atlantic Interview Challenge

 

The Atlantic is making wave in Global Politics because U.S. President, Donald Trump, announced he will be interviewed by its editor, Jeffrey Goldberg, despite past tensions. 

Trump criticised previous reports like “Suckers and Losers” and “SignalGate” as hoaxes, yet agreed to the interview out of curiosity. 

He hinted at skepticism over The Atlantic’s fairness but revealed the article may label him “The Most Consequential President of this Century.

Trump noted that journalists Michael Scherer and Ashley Parker will also participate, describing them as not particularly supportive of him.

 He framed the interview as a personal challenge to see whether The Atlantic can publish a “truthful” piece about him. 

Trump ended his statement assertively, suggesting that regardless of how the article turns out, he has already triumphed simply by agreeing to the conversation.
