The dawn breaks soft with golden light,
A promise fresh, the world made right.
From silent tomb, the stone is rolled,
A tale of love, forever told.
The skies once wept with sorrowed hue,
As hope seemed lost, and hearts withdrew.
But morning came with angels' song,
Declaring death had held Him wrong.
No longer bound by thorn or grave,
He rose in might, the world to save.
The cross once stood in grief and pain,
Now crowned with glory, not with shame.
The lilies bloom in purest white,
A symbol of that sacred fight.
Where darkness bowed to holy flame,
And mercy called His children’s name.
The birds now sing a sweeter tune,
The sun ascends, no more the gloom.
For every soul, both far and near,
The risen Lord has drawn us near.
Oh hearts be glad! Let voices rise,
In hymns that reach the endless skies.
Let burdens fall and doubts erase
Behold the gift, the dawn of grace.
So walk in love, and live in light,
Reflecting Christ both day and night.
For Easter is not just a day
But life renewed in every way.
