Brazen Theft of ONSA Official's Vehicle in Abuja Raises Security Concerns A daring theft occurred in Abuja on April 11, when thieves stole a black Toyota Hilux belonging to the Office of the National Security Adviser (ONSA) while its official was attending Juma'at prayers. The vehicle was parked at Area 10, opposite the Abuja Municipal Area Council (AMAC) complex, around 1:05 p.m. Upon returning from prayers, the official discovered the theft and promptly reported it to the Garki Police Division at 2:00 p.m. The incident triggered a citywide stop-and-search operation, with police deploying officers to various checkpoints across major entry and exit routes in the capital. The FCT Police Command has launched a full-scale investigation into the disappearance of the vehicle and is working to recover the stolen vehicle and apprehend the perpetrators.
