In Nigeria, Actor and filmmaker "Funke Akindele" Faces Allegations of Underpayment by Fellow Actor Ijoba Lande.

 

Ijoba Lande alleged that Funke Akindele paid him the sum of 90,000 naira after he worked on her film set at Amen Estate for one full month.

Reacting to Ijoba Lande's accusations against Funke Akindele, some netizens have observed that the actress had been repeatedly called out by employees and other Nollywood actors for her poor approach to workers' welfare.

They have also urged Funke Akindele to fix her constant issues with wage payment rather than run the risk of permanently tainting her reputation.
