Ghana Military Academy held a grand graduation ceremony on April 11, 2025, at
the Teshie Military Academy and Training School in Accra. Hundreds of men and
women graduated after undergoing several months of intensive training, marking
a momentous occasion as they were officially commissioned into the Ghana Armed
Forces.
President John Dramani Mahama, Commander-in-Chief of the Ghana Armed Forces,
attended the ceremony, dressed in a striking white Ghana Navy uniform, complete
with a ceremonial sword. His presence sparked admiration on social media,
showcasing his solidarity with the military officers. As he walked past the
parade, the enthusiastic cheers from the audience echoed across the grounds.
