Kurt Okraku, President of the Ghana Football Association, has achieved a significant milestone with his appointment as the second vice-president of the Confederation of African Football (CAF).
CAF President Patrick Mosepe, publicly revealed Okraku's appointment during an Executive Council Meeting which took place in Accra today, April 26.
