Video: Nollywood Actor Frederick Leonard Called out for Failing to Attend Junior Pope's Funeral

 Three months after the death of Nollywood actor Junior Pope Odonwodo in a tragic boating incident which occurred in Asaba Delta state, Nollywood actress Esther Nwachukwu has called out colleagues Frederick Leonard and his wife Peggy Ovire, for failing to attend the deceased's funeral. In her video rant, Esther Nwachukwu claimed that Frederick Leonard failed to publicly express condolences over Junior Pope's death despite the fact that the late actor was in attendance and Fredrick and Peggy's wedding ceremony in November 2022.

Esther Nwachukwu vehemently informed the public and fans of Frederick Leonard that their self-acclaimed "Movie Lord" was not the person that all assumed him to be. She further accused the actor and filmmaker of having a mind filled with jealousy towards the late Junior Pope Odonwodo's success as an actor. Esther Nwachukwu also alleged that many actors and filmmakers in the Nollywood industry had been extremely pleased to learn of Junior Pope's death with Frederick Leonard being at the top of the list.
