Former professional footballer, Kanu Nwankwo and his wife, Amara Kanu, have celebrated their 20th anniversary. Amara Kanu who got married at the age of 18, took to her official social platform to wish her husband a happy anniversary while sharing photos of themselves alongside a throwback image depicting how far their relationship has come as well as a romantic video.

Kanu Nwankwo and his wife, Amara, tied the knot in 2004 and some fans of the couple have recounted how their wedding ceremony was the talk of the town many years ago. They likened the 2004 wedding between Kanu and Amara to the lavish wedding ceremony celebrated by music star Davido and his wife, Chioma, on 25th June. Kanu and Amara have three children together with her oldest son being 19 years old.
