Following the release of an alleged list of female celebrities tagged past and current "side chicks" of former governor of Akwa Ibom state and current Senate President, Godswill Akpabio, by anonymous gossip blog, Gistlover, Nollywood actress Dakore Egbuson Akande, has threatened the faceless blog with legal actions if he fails to remove her name and photo from the so-called list, she also demanded a direct apology posted on the blog's page.
In a video, Dakore stated that she had never met or had cause to be in the same room as the Senate President. She labelled the blog's accusation as "a very wicked lie from the pit of hell" while asserting her disappointment and shock. Referring to herself as a person who "drinks water and minds her business", Dakore further asserted that she was a happily married woman with two children and would not let Gistlover tarnish her image or dent all of her hard work.
