Lawmaker Buys Teenage Daughter Brand New SUV

 Lawmaker representing Plateau state at The Federal House of Representatives, Yusuf Adams Gagdi, had via a post on his official social media platform, revealed that he purchased a brand new SUV as a present to his daughter who had just graduated from The Lead British International School, a secondary school located in Abuja. The lawmaker expressed pride in his daughter's achievement while cheering to a future filled with endless possibilities and happiness. Reacting to the announcement of a car gift for the teenager, netizens have harshly criticized the lawmaker and labelled the present a frivolous one which they claimed had been purchased with money belonging to taxpayers and all Nigerian citizens.

A member of The All Progressives Congress (APC)Yusuf Adamu Gagdi represents  Pankshin/Kanam/Kanke federal constituency of Plateau State in the 9th Nigeria National Assembly. He was elected to the house in 2019 and reelected for a second tenure in 2023.
