Former Konga CEO's Relatives Deny Suicide Reports

  Three days after the widely alleged suicide of Nick Imudia, former CEO of the e-commerce Website Konga, his relatives have put out a public statement strongly refuting the suicide allegation. According to the relatives of the deceased entrepreneur, suicide has been completely as a cause of death and active investigation as to the actual cause of Nick Imudia's death is ongoing. Emphasizing their unhappiness with "unprofessional" media reports of Nick's death, the Imudia stated that tje deceased had not made any calls whatsoever to his daughter or any relative to leave instructions on the distribution of his wealth.

The Imudia family further pointed out the hasty manner with which Nick's death was reported while insisting that they had first read news of his death online even though at the time of the viral report, the now deceased entrepreneur has been fighting for his life in hospital. Revealing that the deceased had only be in Nigeria on a short before returning to base in Kenya, the Imudia asserted that Nick came from a close-knit family and had never shown signs of depression nor diagnosed of any mental conditions, as claimed by the media.
