Renowned publisher and entrepreneur, Dele Momodu, has taken to his social media handles to write an open letter to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. In his lengthy letter, the publisher who reminded Tinubu of their long history together despite his member of the opposition party, stated that he owed the president the truth regarding Nigeria's current outlook. Mr Momodu who wrote that the country is in big trouble with a collapsed economy, urged the president the curb the excessive spending and waste of scarce resources.

Mr Momodu further implored the president to be wary of the sycophants and hero-worshippers around. He advised the president to listen to the recently removed Chief Whip of The Senate, Mohammed Ali Ndume, as he had proved himself a true friend. Writing on his perception of Minister of The FCT, Nyesom Wike, Dele Momodu who deemed the minister disrespectful, urged the president to enforce discipline as a leader by sanctioning the FCT Minister before he throws Nigeria into chaos.
