Dele Momodu Weighs in on Custody Battle between his Niece and Davido

 Following  Sophia Momodu's response to the petition filed the father of her daughter, David Adeleke better known as Davido, over shared custody of their daughter, Imade Adeleke, Sophia's uncle, renowned publisher and entrepreneur, Dele Momodu, has provided further insight as to the cause of his niece's legal dispute with her baby daddy. The publisher claimed that despite having a recent phone conversation with Davido, the singer had failed to mention that he had instituted legal actions against Sophia over Imade's custody.

Dele Momodu further revealed that his never had never denied Davido access to their 9 year old daughter but had only majorly advocated that in light of his marriage to another woman, she did not wish for daughter to reside in the same home with a step-mother. Mr Momodu also gave a list of  financial obligations expected of Davido towards his daughter Imade, which have until this moment, remained unfulfilled despite repeated intervention from his father, Dr Adedeji Adeleke and his uncle, governor of Osun state, Ademola Adeleke.
